  2. Our default logistics company is Yun Express. If Yun Express is unable to serve you, we may contact other logistics companies for delivery. You can check the logistics company and tracking number on the order tracking page.

  3. The delivery time of logistics depends on the actual transportation time of the logistics company. Customers in European and North America can generally receive their orders within 7-15 days.

  4. If you encounter a situation where you cannot track your order, please contact our staff by email or phone, or click the Chat button on the website homepage to directly communicate with our staff.

  5. The shipping time or delivery period may be extended due to natural disasters, such as floods or fires, or events beyond our control, such as wars.
